Day 1 — The Psychology of Yes

Why patients say no (and it's rarely money). The decision-making psychology behind treatment acceptance, the role of trust and fear, and how to reframe your consultation from a sales moment to a care conversation that naturally leads to yes.

Day 2 — The Case Presentation Framework

Structuring your consultation, presenting findings without confusion, walking patients through treatment options, and handling the financial conversation with confidence and clarity. Practice sessions with real scripts and live feedback.

Day 3 — Objections, Role Play & Refinement

Every objection you've ever heard — addressed with specific, field-tested responses. Full case presentation role plays with coaching. You leave with a complete, refined personal communication system you can use starting Monday morning.
