Master Crestal & Lateral Sinus Lifting
A cadaver-based course covering both crestal (osteotome) and lateral window sinus augmentation techniques for the posterior maxilla.
Limited to 14 seats per cohort — 4:1 student to faculty ratio
Two Days That Open the Posterior Maxilla
Learn
Sinus anatomy, bone-height thresholds, graft material selection, and the decision tree for choosing crestal versus lateral window approach — with a clear framework you can apply immediately.
Practice
Perform both crestal osteotome and lateral window sinus lift procedures on Human Cadaver Specimen. Feel the membrane, manage the anatomy, and navigate the technique in real tissue.
Leave
Ready to place implants in the posterior maxilla — including sites you previously had to refer out due to inadequate bone height.
No pig jaws. No models.
Real. Human. Bone.
Two Days, Two Techniques
Day 1 — Anatomy, Planning & Crestal Technique
Sinus floor anatomy, CBCT analysis, patient selection criteria, and contraindications. Deep dive into the crestal (osteotome) sinus lift — technique nuances, instrumentation, and how to manage the membrane through a crestal approach. Live demonstrations and guided practice.
Day 2 — Lateral Window & Cadaver Lab
Full lateral window sinus lift protocol — antrostomy creation, Schneiderian membrane elevation, graft packing, and membrane closure. Then a dedicated cadaver lab session where you perform both techniques on real human anatomy under direct faculty supervision.

Designed for the Ambitious Clinician
You're ready for this if…
- You're placing implants but avoiding the posterior maxilla
- You refer out sinus lifts and want to bring that in-house
- You want a systematic protocol you can use starting Monday
The posterior maxilla shouldn't be a referral. With the right training, it's yours.
Prerequisites
Surgical upper molar experience.
You should have some comfort with upper posterior extraction or surgical access before attending. This course builds directly on that foundation and takes you into advanced sinus augmentation.
